Answer: Yes, the pan is removable for washing. You are able to wipe the product base with a towel but do not wash the product body.

Answer: The lid is made of Aluminium alloy.
4. Is it possible to buy the spare parts of the product?
Answer: Yes, you can purchase the spare parts of this multi-cooker at our customer service centre 459-461 Geylang Road, S389420.
