If the equipment develops a covered fault during the warranty period, you can submit a with the Item number as the serial. REO and SilverChef will coordinate a free repair, replacement, or refund for you.

After the warranty period ends, customers are responsible for any repair costs. However, we’re always here to help. If your equipment develops a fault or breaks down after the warranty has expired, we can assist you in finding a reliable repairer or sourcing a replacement machine quickly—sometimes within a day.

Returns

If your business needs change or the equipment no longer suits your requirements, you may have the option to return it to SilverChef. To arrange a return, SilverChef requires four weeks' notice of your intention.

Please note that customers are responsible for:

  • Transporting the equipment back to SilverChef.
  • The cost of cleaning and servicing the equipment to ensure it is certified and ready for remarketing.
